New Jersey Islamic high school latest in round of student trainings

Al Ghazaly Islamic High School in Teaneck, New Jersey was the latest school to participate in an AMP training workshop, meant to educate students about Palestine and empower them to begin activism for the cause.
Nearly 200 students filled the school’s gymnasium during “Islam Day” to hear speakers on various topics. AMP’s Media Director Kristin Szremski spoke about Palestine and why Muslims should care about Israel’s continued abuse of Palestinian human rights.
