AMP-Milwaukee honors Craig and Cindy Corrie

Members of the Milwaukee chapter of the American Muslims for Palestine held a brunch to honor Cindy and Craig Corrie, the parents of activist Rachel Corrie, who was killed by the Israeli Occupation Forces as she defended a Palestinian home from demolition in 2003. The event, which was held on Saturday, March 24, was attended by community members as well as AMP volunteers. The Corries were awarded a plaque recognizing their dedication to and sacrifice for the cause of Palestine.
